Cost Of Performance Measurements
Rely less on bias subjective measures of performance as they do not represent a real level of performance as well as objective measures. Measure task related performance with outcomes and results and measure contextual and adaptive related performance with behaviours and processes.
“Not everything should be measured, the cost of measuring shouldn't be greater than the benefits. The cost of the benefits should always be greater than the costs of measuring. ”
However not everything should be measured, the cost of measuring shouldn't be greater than the benefits.
